First off - congrats to Mena, Ben, Anil et al - this is one very Hawht tool.  Can't believe we have not seen something this simple and elegant yet - you really raised the bar with this and I think you are going to get a lot of people migrating.  In fact, so much so that i would focus on the import tool very early so people can move their entire blogs here and also prepare for enabling personal domains at a premiun.  You may have a bit more time on that, but I could see where people like my fiancee might be really excited about the way you have organized this as a personal publishing platform with smooth external site integration.

Human Centered Web (draft)

I have some other really big product ideas that would do well within this UI if you might be interested in talking directly about it.  This is more than just the Insytes model I have been talking about for over the last year.  More related to some of the models I have on Flilckr than anything...

My full time blog is over at ChrisHeuer.com and I love WP, but this does give it more than a run for its money in terms of simplicity for the average human being.  I will need to dig a little deeper still to kick all the tires, but what I have seen so far is simply amazing.  Congratulations!
